Protein Pancakes

This recipe comes from Vision Personal Training. Enjoy!
- 15g cup (1 sachet) of oats
- 125g Dairy Farmers low fat cottage cheese
- 4 egg whites
- 2.5mls of vanilla extract
- 1g nutmeg
- 1g cinnamon
Blend contents in a food processor. Cook as per normal pancakes. For a cheeky weekend snack you can add sugar and lemon and it’s still a great alternative to the traditional pancake mix. This will be enough for 3 large pancakes.
