Pear, spinach walnut and celery salad

This Summer Specials Recipe is from Chirosports Naturopath – Brenda Rosenfeld. Enjoy!
1 large pear, cut into wedges
1/2 cup baby spinach leaves
1/4 cup toasted walnuts, coarsely chopped
1 celery stalk, coarsely chopped
Dressing
2 teaspoons American mustard
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon fresh apple juice
Place ingredients for dressing in a jar and shake well
Place pear, spinach, nuts and celery in a bowl and combine gently
Drizzle dressing over salad and serve
