The Magic Smoothie

Titan Fitness have shared their delicious summer smoothie recipe with us. Enjoy!
- 1/3 cup (30g)
- Vanilla Protein Powder (Whey or Soy)
- 1/2 Med Banana (Tip: Peel bananas, wrap in Gladwrap and freeze… no need for ice!)
- 2 tsp Psyllium Husks (great for clearing the digestive tract)
- 1 Tbs Flaxseed Oil
- 1 tsp Honey
- 250ml Water
- Sprinkle Cinnamon (optional)
- ¼ cup Mixed berries (optional)
Blend all ingredients and serve! If the banana is not frozen, add a few ice-cubes…YUM!
Serves two. (NOTE: The fat is “good fat” but feel free to eliminate the flaxseed oil.)
