Chicken Salad

- 2 palm size portions of chicken breast, steamed and finely sliced
- 1 handful celery, sliced
- 1 handful red onion, sliced
- 1 handful snow peas
- 2 handfuls lettuce
- 1 handful avocado, sliced
- 1 handful tomato, cut into wedges
- Juice of one lemon
- Cracked black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Combine all ingredients together. Dress with lemon juice, pepper, and olive oil. Serve immediately.
